Within digital spaces, queer men are able to fully express themselves. For better or worse, discrimination in the form of ‘preferences,’ allows for hateful speech to be posted next to users faces. By surveying Grindr users, a series of digital paintings were made responding to the collected voices of Grindr uses and their views on race on the platform. The photography within these digital images are user submitted.
